Returns or exchanges not accepted if: custom-made, more than seven days
after delivery, if used, damaged, or soiled by customer.

We do not accept order cancellations, as we start preparing for shipping immediately after an order is placed. Please understand that we cannot accept cancellation of orders.

Production status needs to be confirmed with our craftsmen. Please contact us via inquiry form about the items you wish to order.

Shipping costs vary depending on weight.

The shipping company and tracking number will be clearly indicated in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Please keep the cardboard boxes, packing materials, and merchandise in the same condition as when you received them.Please take a picture of the damaged item, attach it to your order confirmation e-mail, and contact us with the details of the damage.We will ship you a new item or issue a refund.
